Appointments
For your convenience we offer appointments 6 days a week (excluding Sundays). We have evening appointments on Wednesdays and are open Saturdays as well. We do request that you call to book an appointment in advance for these times in particular as they can be quite popular!
Emergency & Urgent Care
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us immediately. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
After-hours, emergency cases are referred to the Emergency Veterinary Clinic of the Waterloo Region (EVC).The EVC is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So anytime we are closed, they can provide urgent and emergency care for your pet. They are also open on all statutory holidays. Emergencies can be things such a rat bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If your pet is unable to urinate, or having difficulty breathing for example, these are urgent situations that require immediate care.
